Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all mobile applications published by Maverix Labs LLC, including ShiftFlowr, BackToWork, HydroFlow, MyRoutine, and any future apps (collectively, the "Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the apps
Our apps are designed to help you manage work schedules, notifications, reminders, and related productivity tasks. You may use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the apps.
- Use the apps for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the apps or servers.
2. Account and local mode
You may use the apps without creating an account ("local mode"). In local mode, your data is stored only on your device. If you create an account (via Google Sign-In), your data is synced to our servers for backup and cross-device access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Some apps offer premium features through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed through the app store (Google Play) and managed by RevenueCat. Payment details are handled by the respective app store. We do not store or process credit card information directly.
- Free trials apply where offered unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Subscription management is handled through your device's app store settings.
- Refunds follow the policies of the respective app store.
4. Notifications and alarms
Our apps send notifications and alarms for shift reminders, commute alerts, and related purposes. Certain features, including wake-up alarms and full-screen notifications, require specific Android permissions such as Exact Alarm and Full-Screen Intent. You are responsible for granting these permissions when prompted. Alarm reliability depends on your device settings, manufacturer restrictions, and Do Not Disturb configuration.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that alarms will always fire at the scheduled time. Notifications and alarms depend on device hardware, operating system behavior, and user-configured settings, all of which are outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maverix Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps, including missed alarms, missed shifts, lost earnings, or data loss.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the apps. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
